Domino's Pizza in Bonn

This was our last order. The salad was again a measly portion of 331 g (with packaging) for € 8.99. Even the note in the order that we would like to have a look did not help. As it is not the first time that we have had to criticize negatively, this is, as I said, the last order. At other pizzerias around here, we are served faster, cheaper and, above all, more friendly and thoughtful. Unfortunately, dominos marking promises a lot more than dominos can hold in the long term. The constantly changing drivers also make me think.

January‘21: Only 21min. waited at Lieferando instead of forecast 37 ... great! Chicken strippers very good; also the salad mini, which is even a little bigger than I thought and is of very good quality. Nov 20: only 17 min. Waited at Lieferando instead of the forecast 45..super. The pizzas taste great. Even the bottom, although baked on a tray, is pretty good.

Always on time

Delivery takes over 1 hour cold pizza SHAME ON YOU !! It's a shame that these employees manage Domino's Pizza. The only job they do is destroy the image of dominos I would not recommend this branch

There are only people working who cannot speak proper German. I ordered 2 bottles of Cola for my cleaner but only one bottle arrived with an ice cream and the ice cream is supposed to replace the one Cola and despite the call, no second bottle arrived. The pizzas are badly cut what they pull off is really a joke.

Pizza is good but delivery is a disaster. Two .al ordered two times 45 min delivered late NEVER AGAIN CATSTROPHE

Great protection concept for pizza collectors with a big discount for collectors and the pizza simply tastes different. The spicy pizza is really HOT here !!

Terrible, I can only agree with the bad reviews. We had to wait 1.5 hours and pay € 45 for 4 cold pizzas.

I ordered three pizzas for 2:00 p.m. and even twenty after 2:00 p.m. the delivery person is only there. What can you choose times for if they won't be kept anyway? Especially since the employees in the shop are not particularly friendly; When I called to inquire, it was quickly said that he was on his way and said goodbye and hung up. Isn't that kind of customer contact. We really enjoyed ordering here, but last time the pizza arrived completely cold. Another, better alternative will be looked for in the future. Probably the last time I order here.

Have already ordered numerous times from Domino's and the delivery times are just great. Large selection of pizzas and other things. Very nice suppliers.

The pizzas that were just delivered to us were an absolute cheek. Cold as rubber badly covered. Every frozen pizza is better. Totally overpriced. The worst pizza I've ever received. Absolutely cheeky !!! Never again

Too bad. Dominos was really really good. The pizzas tasted several times as if they had already been baked and just warmed up. And for the price. So really not good anymore. It's a shame, we always enjoyed ordering here.

Take the bad reviews with a grain of salt. They're fake. A lot of "pizzerias" attack Dominos and Pizza Hut to create the illusion that the delivery time is too slow and the food is bad. Fact is, these two companies have the only real pizza in Germany. Period!

Pizza from china is better than this one... Had a very frozen kinds stale pizza. Not recommended!

The staff is so friendly and they are very patient. The pizza is delicious and the price is reasonable. I Highly recommend this place <3

I had a drawing of a P ... on my pizza box. The pizza also tasted like cardboard. To do this, the supplier calls us 10 minutes later and asks us whether he has given us the delivery of the other customer and would now pick it up to give it to the next customer! Again !!!

Every time (that I still order there at all ...) the delivery comes at least after an hour and a half, every time I call them and they are served in an unfriendly manner and then fobbed off with "there in a few minutes". And yet it still takes forever. Disgusting. This time it was really the last time.

1 1/2 hours delivery time if the distance is less than 2 km! Pizza cold, no excuse, no refund. I'll never order here again! Good drivers, they have to pay for the mismanagement.

Pizzas are expensive and taste horrible.

It's a mystery to me why this shop still has customers. That can only work with the "great" offers. Every frozen pizza is much better and also much cheaper. Once and never again. Unfortunately, you have to give a star, otherwise no rating is possible.

Suitable for takeaways. Doesn't have a restaurant ambiance.

I was allowed to wait for my pizza for 1 hour and 20 minutes. And then I got the wrong pizza, not the topping I wanted. Besides, the pizza tasted like warmed up, not fresh. The edge was burned too. Great, never again dominoes.

Great pizza to havee

Since two years I order from here,sometimes i do take aways.Best experience until now. Only negative is,some people on cash are not that friendly,but we can ignore this. I would prefer home deliveries.

Cold and slow

The delivery man was so aggressive, I was completely frightened. He verbally abused me because the elevator in my building was too slow. I was afraid for my safety. I cannot understand how Domino's can decide to employ aggressive men who abuse customers. Stay away from this place!

The place is small, so is good for take-away orders. The pizza is very tasty, but the price spicy, if is not on sales.

Its Domino's! Delicious pizza. If you get it To-Go then you pay less. I go here when I need to indulge a pizza craving.

I called to see where my order was the woman on the phone interrupted me, treated me like a piece of sh** on the bottom of her shoe, and then hung up when I told her that we had been waiting for 1 and a half hours!! NEVER again...shame she managed to destroy this company for me. Regardless of all the other reviews!
